Something Doesn't Look Right?

Choose the issue that matches what you're seeing.

Bluetooth Won't Connect? Fix Bluetooth pairing or reconnection problems. No Auracast Broadcast Found? Restart the search and check the Auracast broadcast. LED Stays On After Powering Off? Try this if AuraGo does not appear to power off normally. Still Having Pairing Problems? Clear the pairing history and reset your AuraGo.
