Latency depends on the device you're connecting to

When paired with an LE Audio-supported device using LC3 CIS, the AS70P can achieve approximately 20–30 ms latency.

Use a device that supports LE Audio LC3 or aptX Adaptive. Standard SBC/AAC Bluetooth connections will have noticeably higher latency.
