Audikast 4HA - How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History – Avantree Support

Reset the Audikast 4HA to clear its Bluetooth pairing history.

Use this if you are having Bluetooth connection issues or want to remove previously paired Bluetooth headphones or devices.

This reset only clears Bluetooth pairing records.

It does not affect your Auracast settings. Your existing Auracast configuration will remain unchanged.

Turn on the Audikast 4HA.

Press and hold the − and + volume buttons together.

−AND+

Keep holding both buttons for about 5 seconds, then release.

✓

The Audikast 4HA's indicator lights will blink together to confirm the reset.

Watch these indicators:

Auracast Mode Light

Bluetooth Status Light

Audio Signal Light

✓

Previously saved Bluetooth pairing records are cleared.

✓

Your Auracast settings remain unchanged.

✓

Pair your Bluetooth headphones or other Bluetooth listening device with the Audikast 4HA again.
