How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History?

If your devices fail to connect or you want to remove old Bluetooth connections, follow the steps below to reset them.
(Note: Reset only clears classic Bluetooth pairing; it does not affect Auracast connections.)

Reset the Transmitter

1. Connect the transmitter to power, and turn it on.

2. Press & hold “+” and “–” buttons together for 10 seconds.

   The "Phone" LED will flash red & blue. This will clear classic Bluetooth pairing history and enter pairing mode. 

Reset the Speakers

1. Turn on the speakers.

2. Press & hold  “+” and “–” buttons together for 5 seconds.

   The "MODE" LED will turn pink for 2 seconds, then flash orange. This will clear pairing history and enter Auracast Broadcasting mode.
