Make sure your Crescendo headphones are already playing TV audio, then connect your speaker using HDMI ARC 1+2 Bypass so both play sound at the same time.
Quick Check
● Connect your speaker to the transmitter’s HDMI ARC 2 port
● On the transmitter, set SELECT INPUT → HDMI ARC 1+2
● Set your speaker to its HDMI ARC input and adjust the volume
● Check the transmitter’s HDMI ARC 1+2 LED is Solid White for a valid audio signal.
Why This Happens
● Speaker plays no sound → SELECT INPUT not set to HDMI ARC 1+2
● Wrong input on speaker → not set to HDMI ARC mode
● TV audio format incompatible → some TVs need simple ARC output to work well with Bypass
