Good to Know

Base or Bluetooth?

Set the headphone switch to Base when using the Crescendo 3D transmitter. Select Bluetooth when using the headphones as standard Bluetooth headphones.

Use PCM for digital TV audio

When using Optical or HDMI ARC, set the TV's Digital Output Audio Format to PCM to avoid audio compatibility problems.

Use a suitable charging source

Avoid a TV or computer USB port, or a power bank, for charging because it may not provide sufficient power.

Check the transmitter audio signal, headphone connection, selected input, and TV audio settings.

Troubleshoot No Sound
