Audikast 4 - Troubleshooting: No Sound

If there’s no sound or the signal indicator on your Audikast 4 keeps blinking, follow the steps below based on your connection mode.

🔹 Bluetooth Mode

1. Check Bluetooth connection

   • When paired successfully, the LED will stay solid.

   • If it keeps blinking, your headphone or earbud is not connected — please re-pair it.

   • Tip: Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (TV, phone, etc.) to avoid interference.

2. Check TV audio output

   • If using an optical cable, ensure the TV’s digital audio output is set to PCM or Stereo.

   • When a valid audio signal is received, the Audio Signal light will stay solid white.

   • Incompatible formats such as Dolby Digital or DTS may cause no sound or make the signal light blink continuously.

3. Increase Audikast 4 volume

   Press the “+” button on Audikast 4 to raise the volume.

🔹 Auracast Mode

1. Confirm compatible device

   • Make sure your hearing aids/headphones support Auracast. Check Compatibility devices.

2. Switch Audikast to Correct Mode by pressing button

   • LED solid white - Hearing aids mode

   • LED solid orange - Standard mode(Headphones)

3. Connect your hearing aids

   • Use your device manufacturer’s app or the Android Auracast Assistant to find and join “Audikast 4” from the broadcast list.

4. Check TV audio output

   • If using an optical cable, ensure the TV’s digital audio output is set to PCM or Stereo.

   • When a valid signal is present, the Audio Signal light will stay solid white.

   • Incompatible formats like Dolby Digital or DTS may cause no sound or a blinking signal light.

5. Increase Audikast 4 volume

   • Press the “+” button on Audikast 4 to raise the volume.

6. Recommendation for stable connection

   • After connecting your hearing aids, turn off your phone’s Bluetooth to avoid interference.

✅ Additional Tips

• Make sure the optical cable/AUX is securely plugged in on both ends.

• Restart both your TV and Audikast 4.

• If the problem persists, reset Audikast 4 and re-pair your devices.

• If you hear sound but the signal light is still blinking, press the “+” button on Audikast 4 to increase the output level.
