If your Bluetooth headphones or earbuds won't pair with Audikast 4,
first make sure the transmitter is in Bluetooth Mode.
Then check that both Audikast 4 and your headphones are actually in
pairing mode.

⚠️ Bluetooth Mode and Pairing Mode Are Different
First, Audikast 4 must be switched to Bluetooth Mode.
Then put it into Bluetooth Pairing Mode so it can search
for your headphones or earbuds.
Step 1
Stop Automatic Bluetooth Reconnection
Temporarily turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby devices
your headphones have previously connected to.

Why?

they used. If this happens, Audikast 4 may not be able to pair with them.

Before pairing Bluetooth headphones or earbuds, make sure Audikast 4

FLASHING RED & BLUE
Audikast 4 is searching for a Bluetooth device.
Not flashing red & blue?
Go back to Step 2 and make sure Audikast 4 is in
Bluetooth Mode first.
Step 4 — Put Your Headphones Into Pairing Mode
Now put your headphones or earbuds into their own
Bluetooth pairing mode.
🎧 How do I know they're in pairing mode?
Depending on your headphones, you may see a
rapidly flashing LED,
alternating colored lights, or hear a voice prompt such as
“Pairing.”
Important:
Simply turning your headphones on does
not always put them into pairing mode.
Step 5 — Keep Them Close and Wait
Keep the headphones within a few feet of Audikast 4 while
both devices are in pairing mode.
Give them a few moments to find each other.

Still Not Pairing?
If Audikast 4 keeps flashing red & blue,
try these checks in order.
1. Make Sure the Headphones Aren't Connected Elsewhere
Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, computers,
Smart TVs, or other devices that have previously been paired
with your headphones.
2. Make Sure the Headphones Are Really in Pairing Mode
Powering the headphones on may cause them to reconnect to a previously
paired device instead of searching for Audikast 4.
Look for a flashing pairing indicator or listen
for a “Pairing” voice prompt before continuing.
3. Move the Devices Closer
Place your headphones within a few feet of Audikast 4
while pairing.
4. Restart Both Devices
1.
Turn your headphones off.
2.
Turn Audikast 4 off.
3.
Wait a few seconds.
4.
Turn Audikast 4 back on.
5.
Switch Audikast 4 to Bluetooth Mode.
6.
Put Audikast 4 into pairing mode.
7.
Put your headphones into pairing mode again.
5. Try a Wall USB Charger
If Audikast 4 is powered through the TV's USB port,
unplug it and connect it to a wall USB charger
instead. Then repeat the pairing process.
6. Reduce Wireless Interference
Temporarily turn off or move away from nearby Bluetooth
or wireless devices that may interfere with pairing.
7. Last Resort — Reset and Try Again
If pairing still fails after completing the checks above,
reset the devices and try again.
