Medley Pebble – How to Improve Sound Quality
Use these steps if TV sound is distorted, too strong, or unclear.
Using Optical? Start with Step 1. Optical Volume Boost is available on Batch T24L2 and later.
Find Your Batch NumberStep 1 – Turn OFF Optical Volume Boost
If you are using Optical, press the transmitter’s OPT Volume Boost button once to turn Volume Boost OFF.
Step 2 – Check the TV Audio Format
If you are using Optical, open your TV’s Sound / Audio Settings and set the Digital Audio Format to:
Avoid Dolby, DTS, or Bitstream. TV menus vary by model; this setting may also be called Digital Sound Out or Digital Audio Output.
Step 3 – Adjust the Earbud Volume
If sound is distorted or uncomfortable, lower the earbud volume a few levels. If voices are difficult to hear, increase the volume gradually until speech is comfortable.

Sound Is Bad on Only One Earbud
Put both earbuds back on the transmitter, wait a few seconds, then remove both together. If the same side still sounds different, follow the one-side sound guide.
Fix One-Side SoundSound Cuts In and Out
Keep the transmitter away from Wi-Fi routers, other Bluetooth transmitters, and large metal objects. Keep the earbuds within normal range of the transmitter and test again.
