Crescendo Me - How to Replace the Batteries

Your Crescendo Me headphones come equipped with two 3.7V 350mAh 10440 Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. If the batteries weaken or no longer hold a charge, they can be replaced. Replacement batteries are available on our website [at this link].

To replace the batteries:

1. Press and hold the spot located just above the open button, as shown in the image below. Gently lift the outer cover of the earcup to reveal the battery compartment

2. Remove the old battery

3. Insert the new battery (negative end first)

4. Replace the earcup cover, pressing gently until it clicks into place

5. Follow the same steps for the battery on the other side of the headphones.

💡Note: When storing your headphones for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent any potential damage.
