Using the headphones with the transmitter

Slide the headphone mode switch to Base. Use Bluetooth when connecting the headphones directly to a Bluetooth TV, phone, or computer.

Using Optical or HDMI ARC

Set your TV's Digital Audio Output Format to PCM. An incompatible digital audio format can cause no sound or other audio problems.

Use a suitable power source

Avoid charging from a TV USB port, computer USB port, or power bank if it cannot provide sufficient power.

Check the transmitter audio signal, headphone connection, selected input, and TV audio settings.

Check whether your TV supports simultaneous audio or use the transmitter's supported pass-through connection.
