HT41866-Q – Use the Headphones with a Phone, Tablet, or Computer
Either pair of HT41866-Q headphones can be used independently with another Bluetooth device.
Important: Turn OFF the Transmitter First
If the HT41866-Q transmitter is on, the headphones may reconnect to it instead of your phone, tablet, or computer.
First-Time Connection
- Turn OFF the Audikast-3 transmitter.
- Start with the headphones OFF. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds until you see Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to pair .
- Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone, tablet, or computer. Select the NB16-Q or HT41866-Q headphones when they appear.
- Once connected, the headphone LED will turn Solid BLUE = Connected .
Want to Use the Other Pair?
Repeat the same steps with the other headphones: keep the transmitter off, start with the headphones off, hold their button for 5 seconds, then select them in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Use Them Again Later
- Turn OFF the HT41866-Q transmitter.
- Turn the headphones ON.
- Select the previously paired headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Use the Headphones with Your TV Again
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Turn the HT41866-Q transmitter ON.
- Turn the headphones ON.
- Keep them close together and wait 5–10 seconds.
Still not reconnecting? Pair and lock the headphones to the transmitter again.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Headphones Keep Connecting to the Transmitter
Make sure the HT41866-Q transmitter is completely OFF. Then put the headphones into pairing mode again.
Phone Cannot Find the Headphones
- Confirm the headphone LED is flashing red and blue.
- Keep the headphones close to your device.
- Turn your device’s Bluetooth off and back on.
- Open the Bluetooth device list and select the headphones.
Headphones Connect to Another Device
Turn Bluetooth off temporarily on previously paired phones, tablets, and computers. Then put the headphones into pairing mode again.
