HT41866-Q – How to Re-Pair, Connect & Lock the Headphones

Use this guide if one or both headphones no longer connect to the Audikast-3 transmitter, or if you received replacement headphones.

Important: Pair and lock ONE pair at a time.

Finish pairing, connecting, and locking the first headphones before starting with the second headphones.

Try This First

Press the button on the affected headphones once. If they still do not reconnect, continue below.

Before You Start

Turn OFF your TV and Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, and computers. If the transmitter uses the TV’s USB port, connect it temporarily to a USB wall adapter or computer. Keep the headphones close to the transmitter.

Step 1 – Pair, Connect & Lock the First Headphones

On the transmitter, press and hold the 1 button for 5 seconds until the transmitter indicator flashes RED & BLUE .
With the first headphones OFF, press and hold their button for 5 seconds until the headphone LED flashes RED & BLUE .
Keep both devices close and wait 3–5 seconds.
Once connected, both indicators turn Solid BLUE .

Keep holding the headphone button when they first turn on. Release only when red and blue flash.

After both indicators turn solid blue, press and hold the same 1 button for 10 seconds.

PINK = First headphones locked

Step 2 – Pair, Connect & Lock the Second Headphones

On the transmitter, press and hold the 2 button for 5 seconds until the transmitter indicator flashes RED & BLUE .
With the second headphones OFF, press and hold their button for 5 seconds until the headphone LED flashes RED & BLUE .
Keep both devices close and wait 3–5 seconds.
Once connected, both indicators turn Solid BLUE .

Keep holding the headphone button when they first turn on. Release only when red and blue flash.

After both indicators turn solid blue, press and hold the same 2 button for 10 seconds.

PINK = Second headphones locked

Test Automatic Reconnection

Turn OFF both headphones and the transmitter.
Wait about 5 seconds.
Turn ON the transmitter and both headphones.
Wait 5–10 seconds.

Both transmitter connections and both headphones = Solid BLUE. Turn your TV back on and test the sound.

Something Doesn't Look Right?

Both Are Flashing but Do Not Connect

Keep the headphones close to the transmitter.
Make sure the TV is OFF.
Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, and computers.
Keep the other pair of headphones off while pairing.

They Connect but Do Not Reconnect Next Time

The connection may not be locked. Pair the affected headphones again. After both indicators turn solid blue, hold the same transmitter button for 10 seconds until the indicator turns pink.

Still Will Not Connect

Factory reset the affected devices, then return to this guide and complete the pairing and locking steps.
