HT41866-Q – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History

Use these steps if either pair of headphones no longer reconnects to the transmitter.

Important: Reset ALL THREE devices.

Reset the Audikast-3 transmitter, the black NB16-Q headphones, and the red NB16-Q headphones. Do not reset only one device.

Good to Know

The original transmitter and both headphones are pre-paired and locked together. A reset clears other saved Bluetooth connections, but the original HT41866-Q connections remain paired and locked.

Step 1 – Reset All Three Devices

A. Reset the Audikast-3 Transmitter

Turn the transmitter ON.
Press and hold the 1 and 2 buttons together for 10 seconds.
Wait for both indicators to turn pink, then turn off. Turn the transmitter OFF.

PINK → OFF = Transmitter reset successful

B. Reset Both NB16-Q Headphones

Complete these steps separately for the black headphones and the red headphones.

Turn ON one pair of headphones.
Press and hold + and − together for 10 seconds.
Wait for pink for about 2 seconds, followed by flashing red and blue.
Turn that pair OFF.
Repeat with the other pair of headphones.

PINK for about 2 seconds → Flashing RED & BLUE

Step 2 – Let All Three Devices Reconnect

Turn ON the Audikast-3 transmitter.
Turn ON both pairs of NB16-Q headphones.
Keep both pairs close to the transmitter.
Wait 5–10 seconds.

Transmitter indicators = Solid BLUE Both headphones = Solid BLUE. You will also hear “Connected.”

Reset and reconnection complete.

Something Doesn't Look Right?

All Three Reset, but They Do Not Reconnect

Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, and computers.
Turn the transmitter and both pairs of headphones OFF.
Turn all three devices ON and keep them close together.
Wait 5–10 seconds.

Transmitter Does Not Turn Pink

Make sure the transmitter is ON. Press and hold buttons 1 and 2 together for the full 10 seconds. Do not release them early.

One Pair of Headphones Does Not Turn Pink

Make sure that pair is ON. Press and hold + and − together for the full 10 seconds. Look for pink for about 2 seconds, followed by flashing red and blue.
