Audition 3 – Charging Guide – Avantree Support

Before You Start: Audition 3 can charge on its dock or directly through USB-C. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours. Use a 5V / 1A wall charger.

Step 1 – Charge the Headphones

Solid Red – The headphones are charging.

Light Off – The headphones are fully charged.

Flashing Red – The battery is low.

Charge on the Dock

Connect the dock to a 5V / 1A wall charger.
Place the headphones on the dock. Align the ⚡ symbol on the right earcup with the ⚡ symbol on the right side of the dock.
Check the charging light on the right earcup.

Note: Audition 3 turns off automatically while charging. If the power switch was left ON, move it to OFF, then back to ON after removing the headphones from the charger.

Charge Directly with USB-C

Connect a USB-C cable to the headphones.
Connect the other end to a 5V / 1A wall charger.
Check the charging light on the left earcup.

Note: If the headphones have been unused or uncharged for an extended period, connect them directly to a USB-C charger and allow them to charge for 30–60 minutes before checking their operation again.

Step 2 – If the Headphones Do Not Charge

Unplug the dock’s charging cable. Wait about 5 seconds, reconnect it firmly, and place the headphones back on the dock.
Try a different wall outlet, USB charging cable, and 5V / 1A wall adapter.
Disconnect the dock from power. Remove the headphones and gently wipe both sets of charging areas with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Reconnect the dock and try again.

Important: Do not use sharp or metal objects to clean the charging areas.

Still Not Charging?

Tell us whether the red light appears on the dock, whether the headphones charge directly through USB-C, and which wall charger you are using.
