Add Another Bluetooth Device

Listen With Two Headphones at the Same Time

The transmitter can connect to the original HT5009 Plus headphones and one additional Bluetooth headphone or speaker. Each device can control its own volume.

Start with the original headphones connected.

Before adding the second device, make sure TV audio is already playing through the original HT5009 Plus headphones.

Add the Second Device

Put Headphones 2 on the Transmitter in Pairing Mode

Press and hold the Headphones 2 button on the transmitter for about 2 seconds.

Release when its indicator starts flashing green and white.

Flashing green / white = Pairing

Put the Second Bluetooth Device in Pairing Mode

Manually put your second headphones or speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode.

Pairing steps vary by brand and model, so check that device's manual if needed.

Keep Them Close and Wait

Keep the second Bluetooth device close to the transmitter while they connect.

When pairing is complete, the indicators stop flashing and become solid.

Solid indicators = Connected

Pairing not working?

Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on nearby TVs, phones, computers, speakers, or other devices that may automatically connect to the second headphones.

Second Headphones Are Not Entering Pairing Mode

Simply turning the second headphones on may not be enough. They must be placed into their Bluetooth pairing mode.

Check the manufacturer's instructions for the exact button or switch sequence.

Transmitter Is Not Flashing Green and White

Make sure the transmitter is turned on.
Press and hold the Headphones 2 button for about 2 seconds.
Release when the indicator flashes green and white.
