This shows quick steps to get your HT5009 Plus headphones and transmitter reconnecting properly, so you can listen without delays, dropped sound, or Bluetooth conflicts.
Quick Check
1. Turn both headphones OFF, then turn ON Headphone 🎧1 first, then Headphone 🎧2.
● Original HT5009 Plus headphones are designated as Headphone 🎧1.
● Other Bluetooth device will function as Headphone 🎧2.
2. Wait for solid LED lights (this means they’re connected).
3. If 🎧1 doesn’t connect, press the 🎧1 button on the transmitter or the silver button on the left earcup.
4. Make sure the headphones are not charging (they won’t turn on while charging).

Devices were turned on in the wrong order or didn’t reconnect automatically.

Disable Bluetooth on Other Devices: When using the headphones with the transmitter, turn off Bluetooth on all nearby devices, including your TV, phone, computer, and speakers, to prevent potential interference.
