HT5009 Plus - Troubleshooting: How to Resolve Reconnection Issues? – Avantree Support

If you're using another Bluetooth device (headphones or speaker) with the HT5009 Plus headphones and transmitter set:

• The original HT5009 Plus headphones (Item No.: BTHS-AS9-P) are designated as Headphone 🎧1.
• The other Bluetooth device will function as Headphone 🎧2.

Power-On Sequence & Auto-Connect:
• If you turn on Headphone 🎧1 first, followed by Headphone 🎧2, both will automatically connect to the transmitter, indicated by the LEDs turning solid.
• If you turn on Headphone 🎧2 before Headphone 🎧1, you’ll need to press the 🎧1 button on the transmitter or the silver button on the left earcup for Headphone 🎧1 to connect.

💡Notes:

1. The HT5009 Plus headphones automatically turn off while charging and won’t turn back on afterward, even if the switch is set to "ON." To power them on again, toggle the OFF/ON/PAIR switch from "OFF" to "ON."
2. Disable Bluetooth on Other Devices: When using the headphones with the transmitter, turn off Bluetooth on all nearby devices, including your TV, phone, computer, and speakers, to prevent potential interference.
