Performing a factory reset erases the pairing history with any other devices. If you’ve paired the headphones or transmitter separately with another device and they don’t reconnect to each other automatically, a reset may be required.
Important Note:
Before resetting, ensure that Bluetooth on nearby devices (like your phone or laptop) is turned OFF to prevent interference.
Step 1: Reset the transmitter
- Power on the transmitter by sliding the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Press and hold both the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously for about 7 seconds. Both indicators will turn pink, indicating a successful reset.
- Power off the transmitter.
Step 2: Resetting the headphones
- Power on the headphones by sliding the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Press and hold both the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds or until the LED indicator turns pink. This indicates a successful reset, and the headphones will then automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by the LED flashing red & blue alternately).
- Power off the headphones.
Step 3: Reconnect the transmitter and headphones
- Turn both the transmitter and headphones back on and wait for a few seconds. They should automatically connect to each other.
- Both the headphones' & the transmitter's LEDs will turn solid blue to indicate successful connection, and the headphones' voice prompt will say "Connected."
- From now on, they should automatically reconnect to each other whenever they're powered on.
If reconnection fails, you may need to manually re-pair, connect, and lock the headphones to the transmitter.
