If the transmitter’s 🎧 and TV Audio LEDs are Solid Blue and Solid White, but one or both earphones keep flashing Blue, reset both the earphones and the transmitter to restore the connection.
⚠️ Important: Both the transmitter and the earphones must be reset to successfully complete the process.
1. Reset the Earphones
1️⃣ Place the non-working earphone (flashing Blue) on the transmitter.
2️⃣ Wait a few seconds - the other earphone should start flashing Red & Blue.

- For batches before T24L2: Double-press MFB.
- For batched from T24L2: Quickly press MFB 5 times

→ LED will turn Pink, then flash Blue.
3️⃣ Put the earphone back on the transmitter.
4️⃣ Remove both earphones together, their LEDs will flash Blue as they connect.
Once connected, both earphones will enter pairing mode (flashing Red & Blue).
2. Reset the Transmitter
1️⃣ Press and hold the "Reset" button for about 5 seconds.
2️⃣ The "🎧" LED will flash Pink for 2 seconds, then flash Red & Blue alternately.
The transmitter’s pairing history is now cleared and it is in pairing mode.
3. Reconnect
1️⃣ Keep the earphones close to the transmitter.
2️⃣ Wait about 5 seconds, the earphones will auto-connect to the transmitter.
3️⃣ Earphone LEDs will briefly turn White for 3 seconds, then turn off.
Transmitter shows solid Blue (🎧) + solid White (TV AUDIO) = connection successful.
