If the transmitter’s "🎧" & "TV Audio" LEDs are solid BLUE & solid WHITE respectively, but one or both earphones keep flashing BLUE, try resetting both the earphones and the transmitter to restore the connection.
⚠️ Note: Both the transmitter and the earphones must be reset to successfully complete the process.
Step 1: Reset the Earphones and Enter Pairing Mode
-
Place the non-working earphone (the one flashing BLUE) on top of the transmitter.
-
Wait a few seconds - the other earphone should automatically start flashing RED & BLUE.
-
Double-click the Multifunction Button (MFB) on the flashing earphone. Its LED will briefly turn PINK, then flash BLUE.
-
Put the earphone back on top of the transmitter.
-
Remove both earphones simultaneously - their LEDs will flash BLUE as they connect to each other.
-
Once connected, both earphones will enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing RED & BLUE.
Step 2: Reset the Transmitter and Enter Pairing Mode
-
Press and hold the "Reset" button on the transmitter for about 5 seconds.
-
The "🎧" LED will flash PINK for 2 seconds, then start flashing RED & BLUE alternately.
-
This confirms that the transmitter’s pairing history has been cleared and it is now in pairing mode.
Step 3: Wait for the Earphones to Connect to the Transmitter
-
Keep the earphones close to the transmitter.
-
After about 5 seconds, the earphones will automatically connect to the transmitter.
-
The earphones' LEDs will briefly turn WHITE for 3 seconds and then turn off.
-
The transmitter’s indicators will show solid BLUE ("🎧") and solid WHITE ("TV AUDIO"), confirming a successful connection.
