Medley Pebble - Firmware Update

Medley Pebble T24B1 – Low Volume Firmware Update

Use this update only if your Medley Pebble earbuds have low volume even after being turned up fully.

This firmware update is only for Medley Pebble Batch T24B1.

Not Batch T24B1? Do not install this firmware. Use the Medley Pebble Low Volume troubleshooting guide instead.

Before You Start

You will need:

  • Android phone
  • USB-C data cable
  • Medley Pebble earbuds
  • Internet connection

Important: This update requires an Android phone.

Step 1 – Install the GAIA App

  1. Download the GAIA app on your Android phone.
  2. Open the downloaded file.
  3. Follow the prompts to install the app.

Step 2 – Download the Firmware

Download the Medley Pebble T24B1 firmware file and keep it on your Android phone.

Step 3 – Connect the Earbuds to Your Phone

  1. Turn the Medley Pebble transmitter OFF.
  2. Remove both earbuds from the transmitter.
  3. Open your Android phone's Bluetooth Settings.
  4. Select Avantree Pebble Pro and wait for the earbuds to connect.

Step 4 – Update the Firmware

Open the GAIA app and follow the steps below to select the firmware file and start the update.

During the update: Keep the earbuds close to your Android phone. Do not turn OFF the earbuds or close the GAIA app until the update is complete.

Step 5 – Test the Volume

  1. Reconnect the earbuds.
  2. Play audio.
  3. Press + to increase the volume.
Update complete: The earbuds should now allow a higher maximum volume.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

I Don't Have Batch T24B1

Do not install this firmware. This update was made specifically for the T24B1 low-volume issue.

I Don't Have an Android Phone

This update uses the Android GAIA app. Contact Avantree Support for help if you do not have access to an Android phone.

GAIA Cannot Find the Earbuds

Make sure the earbuds are already connected to your Android phone through Bluetooth Settings, then close and reopen the GAIA app.

Volume Is Still Too Low After the Update

Press + to turn up the earbud volume. If it is still too low after a successful update, follow the Medley Pebble Low Volume troubleshooting guide.
