Lullaby E20 – Earbuds Fall Out

Try a different ear tip size for a more secure and comfortable fit.

The Lullaby E20 includes small, medium, and large ear tips. Tips that are too small or too large may cause the earbuds to fall out.

Step 1 – Remove the Current Ear Tips

Hold the earbud securely. Use the included tip tool, or gently pull the ear tip straight off with your fingers.

Step 2 – Try a Different Size

1. Choose a small, medium, or large ear tip.
2. Place it over the earbud nozzle.
3. Press gently until the ear tip is fully attached.

The best ear tip size should feel comfortable and stay in place without needing to push the earbud deeply into your ear.
