Why do my Lullaby E20 earbuds fall out of my ears sometimes?

The Lullaby E20 earbud tips are detachable and can be swapped out with any of the 3 pairs of small, medium, or large tips in order to achieve an optimal fit. If you're using tips that are too small or too large, it could result in the earbuds falling out occasionally. In order to swap the tips, follow the simple steps below.

1.1 Gently remove the current earbud tips. You can either use the included tip tool or carefully pull them off with your fingers.
1.2 Find the tip size that works best for you. Attach them to the earbuds by placing them over the earbuds and pressing gently until they attach.
