1.1 Plug the Lullaby E20 earbuds into your PC / laptop’s AUX port. If your PC / laptop has one single AUX jack that combines the mic & headphones port, you can simply plug the Lullaby E20 into that port.
If your PC / laptop has separate AUX ports for mic & audio, you’ll need to use a splitter cable and plug the appropriate jack into its correlating port (i.e. plug the mic jack into the mic port and the audio jack into the audio port). If the jacks are plugged into the wrong port, you won’t be able to hear or speak with the earbuds.
Please note that the included extension cable does not support mic functionality. You’ll need to use a different kind of extension cable if you wish to utilize the mic from further away.
2.1 Adjust your PC’s audio settings. Your PC / laptop may recognize the Lullaby E20 as headphones and automatically adjust the settings after you plug them in. If not, follow steps 2.2 – 2.3 to adjust your settings.
2.2 Right click the sound / volume icon in the taskbar and click “Open sound settings.”
2.3 In the “Sound” panel, select “Avantree E20” as both your output device and your input device.
3.1 Adjust the sound settings in your VOIP application of choice (i.e. Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc.). Set both the input & output device as “Avantree E20.”
