Lullaby E20 – Set Up on Windows

Connect your Lullaby E20 to a Windows computer for listening and calls.

Step 1 – Connect the Earbuds

Plug the Lullaby E20 into your computer or laptop’s AUX / headphone port.

One combined headset port: Plug the Lullaby E20 directly into the port.

Separate headphone and microphone ports: Use a compatible splitter cable. Connect each plug to its matching port: headphone plug to the headphone port and microphone plug to the microphone port.

Step 2 – Select Avantree E20 in Windows

Right-click the speaker / volume icon on the taskbar.
Select Open Sound settings.
Set Output / Speaker to Avantree E20.
Set Input / Microphone to Avantree E20.

Step 3 – Set Up Your Calling App

In Zoom, Teams, Skype, or another calling app, open its audio settings and select Avantree E20 as both the speaker and microphone.

Using an extension cable? The included extension cable supports audio only. Use a microphone-compatible extension cable if you need to use the E20 microphone from farther away.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

I Can Hear Audio but Others Cannot Hear Me

Check that Avantree E20 is selected as the microphone in both Windows Sound settings and your calling app. If your computer has separate headphone and microphone ports, make sure you are using a compatible splitter cable.

Avantree E20 Is Not Listed

Unplug the earbuds and plug them in again firmly. Then reopen Windows Sound settings. If your computer has separate audio and microphone ports, check that each splitter plug is in the correct port.
