Lullaby E20 – Fix One-Sided Sound or Volume Control Issues

Choose the problem you are having: one earbud has no sound, or the volume controls are not working.

Only One Earbud Has Sound

Step 1 – Reconnect the Earbuds

Unplug the Lullaby E20, then plug it back in firmly and completely. A partially inserted plug can cause sound to come from only one side. Play audio and test both earbuds again.

Step 2 – Test Another Device

Connect the Lullaby E20 to another compatible phone, tablet, computer, or other device.

Both sides work on the other device: The original device’s audio port or adapter is likely causing the problem.

Volume Controls Are Not Working

Using a Phone or Tablet

The Lullaby E20’s built-in volume controls are designed to work with compatible phones and tablets. Make sure the earbuds are fully connected, then test the controls again.

Using a PC, Laptop, TV, or Other Device

The built-in volume controls may not work with these devices. Use the volume controls on the connected device instead.

Using a USB-C or AUX Adapter?

Some adapters do not fully support the Lullaby E20’s in-line volume controls.

Connect the earbuds without the adapter, if possible.
Try another compatible adapter.
Use the volume controls on your phone or tablet.
