How to fix Lullaby E20 one-sided sound and volume control issues?

Firstly, please note that the earbuds’ built-in volume controls only work when used with a mobile phone or tablet. The controls will not work when the earbuds are plugged into a PC, laptop, TV, or other device. The built-in controls may also not work properly when used with an adapter (i.e. an AUX to type C adapter).

If you’re only getting audio from one earbud, or if the volume controls are malfunctioning, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot.

1. Check to make sure the earbuds are completely plugged into your device. Try unplugging the earbuds and plugging them back in again.

1. If the problem persists, try using the earbuds with another device. If the earbuds work with other devices, then the AUX port of the initial device may be damaged.
