Aria Series – How to Factory Reset Your Headphones

If your headphones won't pair or connect, follow these steps to clear their pairing history.

Before You Start: Stop any music or calls, then turn OFF the headphones.

Step 1 – Turn ON the Headphones

1. Slide the Power switch to the middle position. The LED turns BLUE .

Step 2 – Reset the Headphones

1. Press and hold the + and − buttons together for 5 seconds.
2. Release when the LED turns PINK .
3. The LED will flash RED and BLUE , indicating the headphones are ready to pair again.
