Aria 90B – How to Factory Reset the USB Dongle

Clear the dongle's pairing history and reconnect your Aria 90B headphones.

Before You Start:

  1. Use a Windows computer. This reset method does not work on Mac.
  2. Have your Aria 90B USB dongle ready.
  3. Turn OFF Bluetooth on nearby phones and tablets.

Step 1 – Install Bus Hound

  1. Download and install Bus Hound ↗ on your Windows computer.
  2. Open the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions.
  3. When prompted, enter the product key: 49940.
  4. Restart your computer after installation.
  5. Double-click the Bus Hound icon to open the program.

Step 2 – Find Your USB Dongle

  1. In Bus Hound, click Devices at the top.
  2. Plug the Aria 90B USB dongle into your computer.
  3. Wait for the device list to update.
  4. Find USB Composite Device in the list.

Important: Make sure you select the Aria 90B dongle, not another USB device. If unsure, unplug the dongle and check which entry disappears.

Step 3 – Select the USB Device

  1. Double-click the correct USB Composite Device.
  2. A small window will appear.
  3. Select USB in that window.
Step 4 – Enter the Reset Code
  1. Under the USB tab, select Interrupt Out.
  2. Enter the following code in the first line of the command area.
  3. Check that every character and space is correct.

RESET CODE

55 43 00 00 00 00 00 ff

Important: Use this code only with the correct Aria 90B dongle selected. Do not send it to other USB devices.

Step 5 – Run the Reset
  1. Click Run in the upper-left corner of Bus Hound.
  2. Wait a few seconds for the reset to finish.
  3. Look for Complete in the lower-left corner.

Reset Successful

The USB dongle should automatically enter pairing mode, with its BLUE light flashing rapidly.

Step 6 – Pair Your Headphones Again
  1. Keep the USB dongle connected to your computer.
  2. With the headphones OFF, push and hold the power switch toward the Bluetooth symbol for about 3 seconds.
  3. Wait for the headphone lights to flash RED and BLUE.
  4. Place the headphones close to the USB dongle and wait for them to connect.
  5. When connected, the lights should turn solid BLUE.

Pairing Complete! The dongle and headphones are now paired and locked together. They should reconnect automatically the next time you use them.
