HT381 – How to Connect Two or More Receivers
You can connect two or more HT381 receivers to the same transmitter.
Important: Only additional HT381 receivers can be added to the HT381 transmitter.

If your first HT381 receiver is already connected and working, leave it ON and connected.
You only need to pair the new receiver. Keep it close to the transmitter while pairing.
Step 1 – Put the New Receiver in Pairing Mode
- Turn ON the new HT381 receiver.
- Press and hold the AMBIENT button for about 5 seconds.
Step 2 – Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode
On the HT381 transmitter, press and hold MODE for about 5 seconds.
Step 3 – Wait for Them to Connect
Keep the new receiver close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds.
Receiver solid GREEN = Connected
Transmitter solid GREEN = Connected
Play something on your TV and check that you can hear the sound.
Adding Another Receiver?
Add additional HT381 receivers one at a time. Leave all already-connected receivers ON, then repeat Steps 1–3 for each new receiver.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Both Are Flashing GREEN but Do Not Connect
- Move the new receiver closer to the transmitter.
- Turn the new receiver OFF and back ON.
- Put the receiver into pairing mode again.
- Put the transmitter into pairing mode again.
- Wait for solid GREEN.
New Receiver Is Solid GREEN but Has No Sound
Solid GREEN means the receiver is already connected. Do not pair it again. Play something on the TV, then check the HT381 TV audio connection and receiver volume.
