Pair, Connect & Lock Your Headphones
Follow these steps to connect your Medley Air headphones to the transmitter and lock the connection.
Before you start
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter during pairing.
Step 1 – Put the Headphones into Pairing Mode
1. Make sure the headphones are OFF.
2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Flashing Red & Blue
The headphones are in pairing mode.
You will also hear the voice prompt “PAIRING.”
Important: Keep holding the power button until the LED flashes Red and Blue. Simply turning the headphones on is not enough.
Step 2 – Put the Transmitter into Pairing Mode
1. Find the “1” button on the back of the transmitter.
2. Press and hold the “1” button until the “1” LED indicator on the front starts flashing Red and Blue.

The transmitter is searching for the headphones.
Step 3 – Wait for the Headphones to Connect
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter and wait for them to connect.
You do not need to press any other buttons while they are pairing.
✓ Connection Successful
“1” Solid Blue
When the “1” indicator turns solid Blue, the headphones are connected to the transmitter.
Step 4 – Test the Audio
Play some audio from your TV or audio source.
✓ Can you hear the audio through the headphones?
If yes, the connection is working. Continue to Step 5.
No sound? Do not lock the headphones yet. Check the audio connection between your TV or audio source and the Medley Air transmitter, then test again.
Step 5 – Lock the Headphones to the Transmitter
Once you have confirmed that the headphones are connected and the audio is working:
Press and hold the “1” button on the back of the transmitter for 8 seconds.

When the “1” indicator turns solid Pink for about 5 seconds, the headphones are locked to the transmitter.
✓ Setup Complete!
Your first pair of headphones is now paired, connected, tested, and locked to the Medley Air transmitter.

Still Having Trouble?
Headphones not connecting?
Turn the headphones off and repeat Steps 1–3. Keep the headphones close to the transmitter while pairing.
Connected but no sound?
Check the audio connection between your TV or audio source and the Medley Air transmitter. Confirm that you can hear audio before locking the headphones.
