Medley Air – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History

If your Medley Air earphones and transmitter are not connecting correctly, reset both devices to clear their saved pairing history.

Important: For the best result, reset both the transmitter and the Medley Air earphones. Do not stop after resetting only one device.

Step 1 – Reset the Transmitter

Make sure the Medley Air transmitter is ON.

Find the two headphone pairing buttons on the transmitter.

Press and hold both pairing buttons together for 5 seconds.

🎧1 + 🎧2 Hold together for 5 seconds

Both indicators Solid Pink for about 5 seconds = Transmitter pairing history cleared

Don't see Pink? Make sure you press 🎧1 and 🎧2 at the same time and hold both for the full 5 seconds.

Step 2 – Reset the Medley Air Earphones

Make sure the earphones are ON.

Press and hold the + and − volume buttons together for 5 seconds.

+ + − Hold together for 5 seconds

Pink for about 2 seconds + Beep = Earphone pairing history cleared

After the pink light, the earphones will enter pairing mode.

Red and Blue flashing = Ready to pair

Step 3 – Reconnect the Medley Air

After both resets are complete, keep the earphones close to the Medley Air transmitter.

Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other devices that have previously connected to the earphones.

Allow the transmitter and earphones to reconnect. Do not press any more buttons.

Solid Blue = Connected

Something Doesn't Look Right?

Transmitter Does Not Turn Pink?

Make sure the transmitter is ON. Press 🎧1 and 🎧2 together and hold them for the full 5 seconds.

Earphones Do Not Turn Pink?

Make sure the earphones are ON. Press and hold + and − together for the full 5 seconds.

Earphones Flashing Red and Blue After Reset?

That's normal. The pairing history has been cleared and the earphones are ready to pair again.

Red and Blue flashing = Pairing Mode

Earphones Connect to a Phone Instead?

Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other devices previously paired with the earphones. Then try connecting to the Medley Air transmitter again.
