Medley Air - How to Factory Reset/Clear Pairing History?

Reset the Transmitter Base:

Press and hold the “” and “” buttons on the back of the transmitter for 5 seconds, until you see the “” and “” LED indicators on the front show solid Pink. This indicates that the reset is a success.

Reset the Earphones:

When the earphones are on, press and hold the “+” and “-“ buttons for 5 seconds until you see the LED indicator shows Pink for 2 seconds, and you hear a beeping noise. This indicates that the reset is a success.
