Medley Air - How to Factory Reset/Clear Pairing History?

Reset the transmitter base:

Press and hold the “1” and “2” buttons on the back of the transmitter for 5 seconds, until you see the “1” and “2” LED indicators on the front show solid Pink. This indicates that the reset is a success.

Reset the earphones:

When the earphones are on, press and hold the “+” and “-“ buttons for 5 seconds until you see the LED indicator shows Pin for 2 seconds, and you hear a beeping noise. This indicates that the reset is a success.
