HT5009 - How to Pair, Connect, and Lock the Headphones to the Transmitter?

If your HT5009 headphones and transmitter fail to reconnect, please follow these steps to reconnect and lock them again. This may be because you paired your headphones with another device, or you're using a new replacement pair of headphones.

1. If your transmitter is connected to your TV's USB port, switch it to another power source, such as your wall outlet or laptop. Then, turn off the TV. This is to prevent interference from your TV.
2. Get the Oasis Plus transmitter into pairing mode.
   • Connect the Oasis Plus to a power source and turn it on.
   • Press & hold the pairing button until you see the LED indicator flashing GREEN & WHITE.
3. Get the headphones into pairing mode.
   • Turn the headphones off.
   • If your headphones have a power switch, slide the power switch to the "pair" position until the LED indicator begins flashing RED & BLUE. Otherwise, press & hold the middle button on the headphones until the LED indicator begins flashing RED & BLUE.
4. Wait for them to connect. Once connected, you will see the "LL" and "A" indicators turn solid WHITE on the transmitter. The LED on the headphones will turn solid BLUE.
5. Lock them together again (very important) - Press and hold the "1" button on the transmitter for about 10 seconds until the indicator turns GREEN for a couple seconds. If your transmitter doesn't have the "1" button, use the "+" button instead. 

Now the transmitter and the headphones are locked together and will always connect to each other once turned on.
