Dulcet Pro – How to Adjust Volume
Follow these simple steps to make your headset louder or quieter.
Step 1 – Find the Volume Buttons
Locate the in-line controller on your headset cable. Look for the + and − buttons.
Step 2 – Adjust the Volume
- Press + to increase the volume.
- Press − to decrease the volume.
Step 3 – Check the Sound
- Play music or a video on your computer.
- Adjust the volume until it is comfortable.
Volume Too Low or Not Changing?
- Check that your headset is securely connected to the computer.
- Increase the volume using the + button on the headset cable.
- Check your computer's volume and make sure it is not muted.
- Check the volume inside the music, video, or meeting app you are using.
- If the volume still does not change, unplug the headset and reconnect it.
