The C171 is a wired USB-C earbud. Bluetooth pairing is not required.
- Plug the C171 firmly into your device's USB-C port.
- Play music, a video, or other audio.
- Adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
That's it — no Bluetooth pairing is needed.
Something Isn't Working?
Phone Doesn't Detect the C171?
Unplug the C171, wait 5 seconds, then plug it firmly back into the USB-C port.
If you use a phone case, remove it temporarily and try again.
Some phones may also require OTG to be enabled.
Fix C171 DetectionNo Sound or Poor Sound?
First, make sure the C171 is pushed all the way into the USB-C port.
- Turn up the Media volume.
- Unplug and reconnect the C171.
- Try playing audio from another app.
- Restart your device if needed.
