C171 - My phone does not detect it. What should I do?

Unplug the earbuds first. Go to your phone’s **Settings** and search for **“OTG”**. Turn **OTG ON**, then plug the earbuds back in. They should now be recognized.

Note: OTG may turn off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
