C171 – How to Use
Connect your C171 wired open-ear earbuds directly to a compatible USB-C device.
Step 1 – Check Your Device Port
The C171 has a USB-C plug. Your phone, tablet, or computer must have a USB-C port.
Step 2 – Connect the Earbuds
- Insert the USB-C plug firmly into your device.
- Play audio and adjust the volume on your device.
No USB-C port? The C171 will not connect directly to devices with a different port. Use a compatible audio adapter, or choose earbuds with a connector that matches your device.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
The Plug Does Not Fit My Device
The C171 is designed for devices with a USB-C port. Check your device port before using the earbuds.
Connected but No Sound
- Make sure the USB-C plug is fully inserted.
- Play music or a video on your device.
- Turn up the device volume.
