Reset the Orbit Pro and start fresh

A factory reset clears saved Bluetooth connections. Use it when the Orbit Pro has trouble pairing with your headphones or hearing aids.

from the Display

Turn On the Orbit Pro

The reset cannot be performed while the device is off.

Press + AND − Together

PRESS & HOLD BOTH BUTTONS

+VOLUME +

AND

−VOLUME −

HOLD FOR 5 SECONDS

Confirm the Reset

Previously connected devices should disappear from the Orbit Pro display.

Display cleared?

The factory reset was successful.

After Resetting

Pair your headphones or hearing aids with the Orbit Pro again.
