No Sound or Audio Cutting Out with HDMI ARC?

Please try these steps: 

1. Turn off eARC in your TV’s audio settings. Duet Aura/Opera Aura supports HDMI ARC, but not eARC audio output.

 2. Set your TV’s digital audio output to PCM / Stereo. 

3. If you can’t find an option to turn off eARC and still have no sound, try replacing your cable labeled “eARC” with a standard HDMI cable you already have at home. Alternatively, use an optical connection if your TV supports it.
