If the sound cuts in and out or keeps dropping, try these checks in order.
Move closer to the Auracast broadcast
Intermittent audio can happen when you're near the edge of the Auracast coverage area.
Fix Intermittent Sound
Stop once the sound stays stable.
Move closer to the Auracast transmitter
Move closer to the broadcast source and avoid large obstacles between you and the transmitter.
Wear the neckloop fully around your neck
Make sure the AuraCoil neckloop is positioned fully around your neck and stays in place.
Check the Auracast broadcast
Make sure the broadcast you want to hear is still available. If multiple broadcasts are nearby, use CHANNEL to try the intended broadcast again.
Check T or MT mode
Make sure your hearing aid or cochlear implant remains in its Telecoil mode.
Recharge AuraCoil if needed
If the battery is low, recharge AuraCoil and test the audio again.
Sound is stable
If the audio now plays continuously without dropping out, you're all set.
