If you cannot hear audio through AuraCoil, check these settings in order.
Make sure your hearing device is using Telecoil
AuraCoil sends audio to the Telecoil (T-Coil) in your hearing aid or cochlear implant.
Without Telecoil mode enabled, you may not hear AuraCoil audio.
Fix No Sound
Start with Step 1 and stop once you can hear audio.
Make sure AuraCoil is powered ON
Turn on AuraCoil before continuing.
Set your hearing device to T or MT mode
Switch your hearing aid or cochlear implant to its Telecoil mode.
Select the Telecoil option available on your hearing device.
Try another Auracast broadcast
Use the CHANNEL button to try another available broadcast.
Increase the AuraCoil volume gradually
Slowly raise the volume until the audio reaches a comfortable listening level.
Audio is working
Once you can hear the Auracast broadcast clearly through your hearing device, you're all set.
Still Can't Hear Audio?
Select what you're experiencing.
I don't see T or MT mode on my hearing device
AuraCoil requires the Telecoil (T-Coil) function of your hearing aid or cochlear implant.
Check your hearing device's instructions or settings to see whether Telecoil is available and how to activate it.
I'm in T or MT mode, but still hear nothing
- Confirm AuraCoil is powered ON.
- Use CHANNEL to try another available broadcast.
- Listen for audio.
- Increase the AuraCoil volume gradually.
I hear audio on one broadcast but not another
Use the CHANNEL button to try another available Auracast broadcast, then listen again.
