VoxAmp Duo – Microphone Not Connecting
Is your microphone not connecting to the speaker? Follow these steps to get it working again.
Step 1 – Restart the Microphone
- Make sure the speaker is turned ON.
- Turn OFF the microphone.
- Wait about 5 seconds.
- Turn the microphone ON again.
- Wait a few seconds, then speak into the microphone to check if it works.
Tip: If the microphone still does not connect, restart the speaker as well, then try again.
Step 2 – Move Closer to the Speaker
- Move the microphone closer to the speaker.
- Keep large objects and walls out of the way.
- Speak into the microphone again to check the connection.
Important: Keep the microphone away from the speaker's front when testing. If you hear a loud whistling noise, lower the speaker volume.
Step 3 – Check the Microphone Battery
A low battery may prevent the microphone from working properly.
- Turn OFF the microphone.
- Charge the microphone using its charging cable.
- Allow enough time for charging.
- Turn it ON and try connecting again.
Microphone Connected but No Sound?
- Make sure both the microphone and speaker are turned ON.
- Check that the microphone is not muted, if your model has a mute function.
- Slowly increase the speaker volume.
- Speak into the microphone again to test the sound.
Hearing whistling or howling? Lower the volume and follow the
VoxAmp Duo Feedback Noise Guide.
