If you have successfully connected Aura Loop but hear no sound, please follow the steps below in order:
1. Check All Cable Connections
Make sure the USB-C power cable is properly connected to the TV’s USB port or a power outlet.
Ensure the audio cable is firmly plugged in:
Optical: Transmitter OPTICAL → TV Optical Out
AUX: Transmitter AUX → TV Headphone / AUX Out
Try unplugging and reconnecting the cables to ensure a secure connection.
If you are using a soundbar with HDMI-ARC, temporarily unplug it and test Aura Loop again.
2. Confirm TV Audio Settings (Very Important)
If using Optical, please check your TV settings:
Sound Output → set to Optical
Digital Audio Format → set to PCM
⚠️ Other formats such as Dolby, Auto, or Bitstream will NOT work with Aura Loop.
If using AUX (Headphone jack):
Set TV Sound Output to Headphones
3. Check Transmitter Status
The Audio Input LED on the transmitter should be solid white, indicating a valid audio signal.
If there is no light, the TV is not sending audio to the transmitter — recheck Step 2.
4. Check Earbuds & Connection Status
Make sure the earbuds are powered on.
When connected via Auracast, the earbud LED should be solid orange.
If not connected:
Turn the earbuds off, then on again to rejoin the Auracast broadcast.
5. Check Volume Levels
Increase the volume using:
The earbud volume buttons
Your TV remote
If using Optical and the sound is too low, press the Volume Boost button on the transmitter (LED will turn solid white when activated).
6. Test with a Different Audio Source
Play a different TV program, app, or video to rule out source-related issues.
If possible, test Aura Loop with another TV to confirm normal operation.
