Can I Use an External Wired Speaker and Hearing Aids at the Same Time?

Avantree Auracast transmitters do not support wired audio passthrough.
A wired speaker cannot be connected directly to the transmitter for simultaneous audio output.

If you would like to use a wired speaker and hearing aids at the same time, an alternative setup is available.

Solution

Use an Auracast receiver as the wired audio output.

• The Auracast transmitter broadcasts audio via Auracast

• Both the hearing aids and an Auracast receiver join the same Auracast broadcast

• Connect the wired speaker to the Auracast receiver

• Audio plays simultaneously through both devices with no noticeable delay or echo

• AuraClip Auracast Receiver

• (Connect the wired speaker to the receiver’s audio output.)
