No sound? Check these 3 things first.

Start with the headphones and volume, then use the AuraClip's orange LED to check whether it has joined an Auracast broadcast.

Push the headphone plug fully into the AuraClip's 3.5 mm audio jack.

Increase the volume on the AuraClip and check for sound again.

Confirm that an Auracast transmitter is active at the venue.

The LED quickly tells you whether the AuraClip has joined an Auracast broadcast.

AuraClip has successfully joined an Auracast broadcast.

Still no sound? Try switching to another available broadcast below.

AuraClip has not joined an Auracast broadcast yet.

What to do: Move closer to the active Auracast transmitter and try connecting again.

The AuraClip may be connected to a different Auracast broadcast. Search for another available broadcast.

Use the Switch Audio control

Press the Switch Audio control to search for another broadcast. AuraClip will connect automatically when another available broadcast is found.

Stay close while switching broadcasts

Stay within range of the Auracast transmitter while AuraClip searches for another broadcast.
