Why is there no sound from my AuraClip?

Please check the following steps in order:

• Make sure your headphones are fully plugged into the 3.5mm audio jack

• Adjust the volume on AuraClip

• Confirm that an Auracast transmitter is active at the venue

Check the LED indicator

• When AuraClip has successfully joined a broadcast, the orange LED stays on

• If the orange LED is not on, AuraClip has not joined a broadcast yet

If the orange LED is on but there is still no sound:

• Press the Switch Audio button to search for another broadcast

• AuraClip will automatically connect when a new broadcast is found

Tip: Stay within range of the Auracast transmitter while switching broadcasts.
