These two checks can prevent common setup and charging problems.

Use a suitable USB power source

Avoid relying on a TV or computer USB port or a power bank when charging if it does not provide enough power. A suitable USB wall adapter is the better choice.

Using Optical or HDMI ARC?

Set your TV's Digital Audio Output Format to PCM. An incompatible digital audio format can cause no sound or audio problems.
