AudiTour – How to Add More Earphones
You can add additional AudiTour earphones to your transmitter at any time. Follow the steps below for each new earphone you want to add.
Before You Start
- Make sure the AudiTour transmitter is ON.
- Make sure the new earphone has enough battery power.
- Keep the new earphone close to the transmitter while pairing.
Already have other AudiTour earphones connected? That's okay. You can add another earphone without setting up the entire system again.
Step 1 – Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode
Press the transmitter M button 3 times.
Quick-Blinking BLUE = Pairing mode
Step 2 – Pair and Connect the New Earphone
1. Turn ON the new earphone.
2. Press and hold the + button for 3 seconds to put the earphone into pairing mode.
Quick-Blinking BLUE = Pairing mode
Keep the new earphone close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds.
Solid BLUE = Connected. The new earphone has been successfully added. Play some audio and check that you can hear sound through it.
Adding another earphone? Repeat Steps 1–2 for each additional earphone.
Something Doesn't Look Right?
Both Are Quick-Blinking BLUE but Won't Connect
- Keep the new earphone close to the transmitter.
- Wait a few seconds.
- If it still does not connect, turn the new earphone OFF, then back ON.
- Repeat Steps 1–2.
Earphone Is Solid BLUE but There Is No Sound
Solid BLUE means the earphone is connected.
If there is no sound, pairing is already successful. Follow the AudiTour no-sound guide to check the audio and mute status.
