AudiTour – Troubleshooting: No Sound

No sound from your AudiTour earphone? First, check the earphone LED. The light will tell you what to do next.

Solid BLUE

Your earphone is connected to the transmitter. Continue to Step 2.

Earphone LED is NOT Solid BLUE

Your earphone is not connected to the transmitter. Continue to Step 3.

Your earphone is already connected. Check the transmitter LED.

Slow-Blinking BLUE = Transmitter is muted

If the transmitter is slowly blinking BLUE, press the transmitter M button once to unmute it.

If the sound returns, you're done.

Still no sound? Make sure your audio source is playing. Then turn up the earphone volume and the audio source volume.

Step 3 – Pair the Earphone Again

If the earphone is not solid BLUE, pair it with the transmitter again.

1. Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode

Press the transmitter M button 3 times.

Quick-Blinking BLUE = Pairing mode

2. Put the Earphone in Pairing Mode

Press and hold the + button for 3 seconds to put the earphone into pairing mode.

Quick-Blinking BLUE = Pairing mode

Keep the earphone close to the transmitter and wait for them to connect.

Earphone Solid BLUE = Connected
