AudiTour - Troubleshooting: No Sound

If you hear no sound, follow the steps below to check the earphone connection

A. Earphone LED is solid blue

        → The earphone is connected.

        If there’s still no sound, the microphone may be muted.

       Transmitter LED slow-blinking blue = muted  → Press the transmitter MFB button once to unmute.

B. Earphone light is not solid blue

       → The earphone is not connected. Continue with manual pairing below.

       1️⃣ Transmitter: Press the MFB button three times to enter pairing mode.
             → LED quick-blinking blue.

       2️⃣ Earphone: Press and hold    to enter pairing mode. → LED quick-blinking blue.

              When the earphone LED becomes solid blue, pairing is successful and you should hear the 
              sound.
