How do I charge the earbuds?

  • Use a USB-C cable or the charging dock (not included with Loop) with a power output of 5V, 0.5–2A.

  • While charging, the earbud LED stays solid red.

  • When fully charged, the red LED turns off.

  • Charging takes about 2 hours, and a full charge provides up to 24 hours of playtime.

Note: 

  • If you charge with a USB-C cable and won’t use the earbuds afterward, turn them off.

  • Avoid chargers above 2A, as they may damage the battery.
