How to Factory Reset Loop Earbuds?

If your Loop earbuds is having connection issues or you want to start fresh with new devices, you can factory reset it to remove all previous Bluetooth pairing histories.

⚠️ Important: This will erase all saved Bluetooth connections. After resetting, you’ll need to pair your devices again.

Reset the Loop Earbuds:

1️⃣ Make sure the Loop Dock is powered on.

2️⃣ Press and hold the “+” and “–” buttons together for 10 seconds.

Once complete, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, ready for new connections.
