Aura Loop – Earbuds Feel Loose or Keep Falling Out?

Start by finding the right ear tip size. A small adjustment can make the earbuds more secure and comfortable.

Step 1 – Try a Different Ear Tip Size

Try the included Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L) ear tips to find the most comfortable and secure fit.

Good to know: Your ears may be different sizes. It's okay to use a different ear tip size in each ear.

Step 2 – Insert & Gently Rotate

Gently place the earbud in your ear, then rotate it slightly until it feels comfortable and secure.

Step 3 – Check the Fit

Gently move your head from side to side and look up and down.

Earbud feels loose or falls out? Try a larger ear tip.

Earbud feels too tight? Try a smaller ear tip.

Step 4 – Still Falling Out? Try the Earfin
