Ensemble - Charging Your Headphones

When the battery is low, you’ll hear a low-battery alert and the LED will turn red. You can recharge the headphones using either the charging dock or the included USB-C cable.

1. Charging Dock
Plug the included USB-C cable into the dock, then connect it to a USB wall charger*.
Place the headphones securely on the dock’s charging pins.
The dock’s LED lights up red while charging and turns off when fully charged.
Charging time: About 2 hours from empty to full.

2. USB-C Cable
Plug the included USB-C cable into the headphones’ USB-C port, then connect it to a USB wall charger*.
The red LED on the left earcup lights up while charging and turns off when fully charged.

⚠️Notes:
* Please avoid using a TV or computer USB port, or a power bank, as they may not provide sufficient power.
• If the charging light turns off within 30 seconds, use the headphones for about an hour, then place them back on charge.
• Try using a different USB cable if the issue persists.
