Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History

Reset Voyager if you're having trouble pairing new Bluetooth headphones or want to clear previously connected Bluetooth devices.

Important This reset only clears saved Bluetooth devices.

Your Auracast settings are not affected. You do not need to set up your Auracast broadcast again after performing this reset.

Power on Voyager

Make sure Voyager is turned on.

Hold + and − together for 6 seconds

Press and hold both buttons at the same time.

+ + − HOLD 6 SEC

Wait for the Voyager screen

Keep holding until the reset completes and Voyager returns to Bluetooth pairing mode.

Reset complete

When Searching appears, Voyager is ready to pair with a Bluetooth device again.

What does the reset affect?

Bluetooth — Cleared

Previously saved Bluetooth headphones, earbuds, or other Bluetooth devices are removed. Pair them again if you want to reconnect.

Auracast — Not affected

Auracast settings remain unchanged. The reset does not clear or reset your Auracast setup.
